Saturday Late Afternoon Arrivals:

• Trailers, Car Toppers, and Food Trailers can arrive on Saturday from 4-6pm. We will have people there to help direct you where to park.

• If you need to come on Saturday outside of that time, please contact us at dor@williamsburgboatclub.org

• Practice on the water will be available, at your own risk, during this time.

  • We plan to have docks in place by this time. Practice may be affected if we do not.​

  • We WILL NOT have safety launches on the water. Practice on Saturday is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Sunday Morning Arrivals:

• All trailers are asked to arrive from 6:00-7:30am. Please DO NOT arrive before 6:00am.

• If you need to arrive outside of that time, please contact us at dor@williamsburgboatclub.org

All Trailers, Car Toppers

• See the map below for your route once you enter the park. Someone will greet you at the entrance to the Team Trailer area​.

Food Trailers

• There is a path between the Regatta Pavilion and the Porta Potties where you can enter the Team Tent area. 

• Please unload trailers and EXIT the Team Tent area via the Transport Route indicated on the map. Someone will help guide you to park.

• All Food Trailers MUST be out of the Team Tent area by 7:30am!
