STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING with Crossfit 1607
WBC partners with Crossfit 1607 to complement the water and land training that we do at the boathouse. Building body awareness, coordination, mobility, flexibility and strength are an integral part of proper athletic development, improved water performance, injury prevention and the promotion of better overall well being! The WBC coaches work with 1607 to put a full comprehensive rowing development program together. We recommend and encourage our rowers to sign up for the additional training.
Private Lessons are available
