From the south: Take I-64W to Exit 242A. VA-199W toward Williamsburg/Jamestown. After approx. 6 miles, turn LEFT onto VA-5 (John Tyler Rd). Drive approx. 8.6 miles to the park on your right. The park will be on your right BEFORE the bridge.

 

From the north: Take I-64E to Exit 234A, Lightfoot.  After approx. 6 miles, take VA-321W exit, Monticello. VA-321 will turn into VA-5000, then VA-5W (John Tyler Hwy). That stretch will be approx. 10 miles.  The park will be on your right BEFORE the bridge.

Once in the park: Turn Right at the first two T junctions. Follow the road through the campground (the creek will be on your left) until you see the orange barrels blocking the road. Turn right onto the grass and up to the parking/drop off area.
