We welcome all teams to put up Team Tents for their athletes and spectators! 

 

Saturday Late Afternoon Arrivals:

• Trailers, Car Toppers, and Food Trailers can arrive on Saturday from 4-6pm. We will have people there to help direct you where to park.

• If you need to come on Saturday outside of that time, please contact us at dor@williamsburgboatclub.org.

Sunday Morning Arrivals:

• The park opens at 6am. All trailers are asked to arrive from 6-7:30am. Please DO NOT arrive before 6am.

• If you need to arrive outside of that time, please contact us at dor@williamsburgboatclub.org.

Food Trailers:

• See the map below for your route once you enter the park. Someone will greet you at the entrance to the Team Trailer area​ and direct you.​

• There is a path between the Regatta Pavilion and the Porta Potties where you can enter the Team Tent area. 

• All team tents should be set up to the RIGHT as you enter the area. Please DO NOT set up to the left towards the finish line tent. 

• Please unload trailers and EXIT the Team Tent area via the Transport Route indicated on the map. Someone will help guide you to park.

• All Food Trailers MUST be out of the Team Tent area by 7:30am!

• All team food tents using grills and/or generators will be required to have a charged fire extinguisher on their site and ensure fuels (such as gasoline) are properly containerized and stored away from heat or flame sources.
