Arrival: We will ask athletes to be on site for practice 1-2 days before racing starts (ideally 2 days but due to scheduling something just 1. Coaches will coordinate with athletes in each boat once they qualify)

Each boat class has a specific launch time for practice
Athletes need to be on site 1 hour prior to launch time on the first day to rig
Coaches will give athletes an arrival time for the 2nd practice day and race days

Departure: All racing will be done by 3pm on Sunday

Youth Events (U19): A/B Finals - Sunday, C/D Finals - Saturday, E Finals - Friday
U17/U16 Events: A Finals - Sunday, B/C/D Finals - Saturday

Always plan for a changeable departure

Hotels: June 9/10 -15

You can book a hotel, Airbnb, vrbo, etc (we do not have a block)
University Park/Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area, Bradenton and Bee Ridge areas not far

There will be additional fees for this event for those rowers attending.
Athletes MUST race with matching uniforms and blades
It's Florida! Be prepared for heat, rain and sun!
Parents can purchase spectator tickets...OR view from the other side for FREE...bring a chair
You can bike along side the whole course...just don't get in the way of the coaches!!
