Williamsburg Boat Club presents Erg in the 'Burg 2026

Erg in the ’Burg is a community indoor rowing fundraiser hosted by Williamsburg Boat Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, inclusive rowing opportunities for youth and adults throughout the Williamsburg area.

The event brings together local gyms, rowers, families, corporate teams, and virtual participants for a relay-style ergathon that emphasizes teamwork, fitness, and community impact. Funds raised support critical equipment replacement, athlete safety, and program accessibility.

Supporters can participate by making a one-time donation or by sponsoring the row, pledging a dollar amount per 500 meters as teams take on a marathon-distance goal of 42,195 meters. Every stroke helps turn effort into impact and ensures rowing remains accessible, safe, and affordable for our community.

You can participate with us on March 14 at 2 pm at CrossFit 1607, or you can participate virtually! Registration includes an Erg in the 'Burg t-shirt. Register today!
