Everyone who wants to row, shall row.  This is not only the philosophy of our foundation, but it has become the culture at WBC.  Donations towards our scholarship fund make this possible.  With the generosity of members of our club, we are able to make good on our promise whereby we will anonymously financially assist those who have a need and otherwise would not be able to join our rowing club.
