MS Summer Camp

Summer Rowing Programs

At WBC we have three opportunities for Middle Schoolers to row with us during the summer.

  1. Weekly Summer Rowing Practice (MUST be a returning rower, or a rower who has just completed the June LTR camp)

  2. 1wk Summer Learn to Row Camp in June

  3. 1wk Summer Learn to Row Camp in August

Summer Rowing Practice

1) Summer rowing practices $300

  • Middle Schoolers will row 4 times per week in a coached practice.

    • When: June 24 - Aug 2, 9-11am, Monday thru Thursday

    • Who: This program is for rising 7th, and 8th graders who have already participated in a WBC rowing program AND Those who participate in the LTR Camp below

  • How to Register

    • If you have an iCrew account already, 'Add' the Summer Rowing "TEAM" to your profile. If you do not have an iCrew profile, go to the next step below.

    • Create an iCrew account.

    • After you completely populate your rower's iCrew profile (parents who don't row, do not have iCrew accounts), please 'Add' the Summer Rowing "TEAM" to the profile.

2) Middle School JUNE Learn to Row camp 2024

  • 1-week (4 days) coached rowing camp.

  • June 17-20

  • Monday - Thurs 9am - 11am

  • Athlete Dropoff: 8:45am

  • Who: This program is for rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who have never participated in a WBC rowing program

  • Cost: $100

    • Note: After the rower has completed this week of camp, they are elligible to participate in our summer rowing program starting on June 24.

3) Middle School AUGUST Learn to Row camp 2024 - right before fall season begins.

  • 2-week (8 days) coached rowing camp.

  • Aug 12-22

  • Monday - Thurs 9am - 11am

  • Cost $150

  • Note: After the rower has completed this week of camp, they are eligible to participate in our fall rowing program starting TBD.

Summer Learn to Row/Scull Camps

    • Athlete Dropoff: 8:45 AM

    • Morning Practice 9-11:00 AM

  • Please bring​ a towel, sunscreen, water bottle (not disposable), lunch, a pair of running sneakers that also can get wet, a hat, and sunglasses.
