Winter Rowing Fitness Training:
December 5 - Feb 24
Description: Winter training provides an important opportunity for our rowers to maintain the fitness established on the water, build rowing technique with one on one coaching, and add core strength and power. Programs are tailored to the different levels and ages of rower.
Winter practice begins after our Fall season ends. Typically the first day of Winter erging is about a week after the Thanksgiving holiday.

This is Erging Only at the WISC (Strength & Conditioning is separate & at a different location Crossfit 1607) Our focus is on rowing technique and endurance.
High School Boys: Monday 2:45-4pm & 4-5:15pm, Wed 2:45-4pm & 4-5:15pm, Friday 2:45-4pm & 4-5:15pm
High School Girls: Tuesday 2:45-4pm & 4-5:15pm, Thurs 2:45-4pm & 4-5:15pm, Friday 2:45-4pm & 4-5:15pm
Middle School: Tuesday 6:30p7:30pm, Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
Adults: Monday 6:30-7:30pm, Wed 6:30-7:30pm, Sat 8am-9:00am
