U23 Collegiate Performance

Program Details: This 8 week program will run from Wednesday September 16 through the Head of the Chick on November 7.  The program is designed for competitive rowers that want to maintain fitness and build their technical foundation while their college is shut down or that want to continue with competitive rowing post High School graduation. 


Training will be conducted in both team boats (bow coxed 4+) and Singles/Doubles/Quads.

Training sessions will run from 6:30-8:30 AM on Monday/Wednesday/Friday with times shifting slightly as we lose daylight hours. 


Participants will become full adult members of the Club with access to all Adult rowing options including weekend practice sessions and boat reservations.


The program will have a minimum of 10 members and maximum of 20 rowers.  Rower cost is $350; Coxswains will be offered participation at no charge.

Head Coach will be Sidney Cross and she will be assisted by Director of Rowing, Tom Rooks

  • In order to see your practice sessions show up in you iCrew Attendance Plan, you have to make sure the correct TEAMS are in your profile.  After logging in, either on your phone or on the computer, click the TEAMS tab and Add the correct TEAM(s) to your profile.  Make sure you Save the page if it asks and then look at your attendance plan and you will see the practices populated in that page.
