Competitive High School Fall Rowing Season:

 

Who: This program is for rising 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th graders 

Cost: $650

 

Register for the Fall 2023 Season

  • Girls and Boys High School 5 days/wk rowing on the Chickahominy River

  • Boys will row on M, W, Th, F, S (3pm - 5:00pm)

  • Girls will row on M, T, Th, F, S (3pm - 5:00pm)

  • We are a club team, so all high schools and programs in the area are represented and can attend.

  • Saturday - 8am - 10am (No Sat practice on regatta weekends. No practice on Sept 2)

Weekly Schedule:

  • Dates: beginning Aug 28th and ending November 6th or when the water and air temps are too cold to row.

  • Cost: $650 Payments will be made in iCrew

Fall Season

Aug 28 - Nov 6

Fall Season registration &  payments will be made differently this year.

COXSWAINS:

Coxswains will be in high demand. Please let us know if you would like to learn how to become a coxswain.

  • Sept 2nd - 4th Labor Day weekend - No Rowing

  • Sept 24th - Head of the Chick Regatta

  • Oct 8th - High Point Autumn Rowing Festival

  • Oct 29th - Head of the Lafayette

  • Nov 4th - 5th - Head of the Occoquan

  • Nov 3rd - Sunset 6:07pm​

  • Nov 5th - Daylight Savings ends​

  • Nov 6th - Fall season ends (clean up and get ready for winter)

Communication with your coach is encouraged.  However, parents should communicate with coaches.  No rower should communicate directly with a coach without a parent on the txt, or email thread, or on the phone together.
